Qijia Cuo Brunch: Kitchen/Back-of-House Staff (Full-Time)

1. Responsible for washing, peeling, slicing, and chopping various ingredients to complete the preparatory work for cooking. 2. Prepare ingredients for various dishes according to customer orders. 3. Plate dishes and adjust portion sizes when serving. 4. Ensure that all food items under your responsibility comply with hygiene regulations. 5. Maintain and ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards in the freezer and other areas. 6. Maintain appropriate stock levels of cooking ingredients. Back-of-house duties: meal preparation, ingredient prep, maintaining a clean environment, completing tasks assigned by supervisors, etc. In my free time, I can also play with the cats and dogs.
