What you'll do

Greeting guests, seating them, taking orders, and describing menu items; serving and clearing dishes; working behind the bar; and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.

Smooth promotion process (monthly performance evaluations, transparent promotion exams, and internal/external training courses held on an ad hoc basis)
Front-of-house promotion hierarchy: Server > Supervisor > Assistant Manager > Manager
[Leave Policy]
Employees typically have 8–10 days off per month, with flexible leave options.
Double pay for work on national holidays.
Working hours: 8 hours per day; overtime pay is provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
Go Eat Tapas Dining Bar is Hsinchu’s first authentic Spanish restaurant and wine bar,
